How does a session work?
 

Before your Treatment:
Come on in and start on the path to change your life.

This magical bed is well…magical.  

Once your appointment is booked,

From there you get to choose:

• Your LED Chakra lighting choice - chakra or single color

• Frequency settings - any hertz you desire

• Music settings - meditative, beats or an explorative journey.

 

At your Treatment
Arrive 10-15 minutes early to relax and center. yourself in our relaxation room prior.
We Ask you to take off any jewelry/watches - other than gemstones.

You will then lay down on the bed fully clothed. 
 

If it is your first session, we will explain how everything works and make sure you are comfortable before leaving the room. You have control of the vibration & volume levels.
You have the option of wearing an eye mask and a blanket for comfort. 
 

Once you settled, your technician will  leave the room and come back at the end. 
It is normal to feel emotions.

You may feel really happy, cry or laugh.

Just let it go…release what you need to and heal yourself.  

Feel whatever you need to feel. 
 

After your Treatment
Drink tons of water, you just had a huge energy shift in your body. 
Take time for yourself. Journal, write out your experience and continue to meditate after. 
Book your next appointment. We recommend coming x1 a week for a month, then x1 every 2 weeks, followed by monthly routine sessions.
